1. Different materials
The dermis is woven from many collagen fibers with different thicknesses, divided into two layers: the granular surface layer and the mesh layer. The granular layer is woven from very fine collagen fibers, and the mesh layer is woven from thicker collagen fibers made.The surface layer of the microfiber skin is composed of a polyurethane layer similar in structure to the grain layer of natural leather, and the bottom layer is made of microfiber non-woven fabric. Its structure is very similar to the mesh layer of natural leather. Leather has a very similar structure and properties.
2, the appearance is different
Since the leather is natural leather, the defects are obvious, the surface brightness is uneven, and there are irregular pores. The surface of the microfiber skin is regular and flawless, the brightness and texture are uniform, and there are no pores.
3, the production process is different
Leather is natural leather. Common ones include cow leather, pig leather, sheep leather, horse leather, etc. In short, all natural ones can be processed into raw materials. Microfiber leather is a non-woven fabric made of microfiber staple fibers into a three-dimensional network by carding and needle punching. It is the third generation, artificial leather, and then wet-processed, impregnated with PU resin, reduced and extracted, and dyed by microdermabrasion. The whole process is finally finished.
4, Different performance
The leather is heat-resistant, cold-resistant, wear-resistant, has a good appearance, and is easy to repair and shape. The superfine fiber is added to the PU polyurethane, which further strengthens the toughness, air permeability and wear resistance; it has extremely excellent wear resistance, excellent cold resistance, air permeability and aging resistance.
5, feel different
The leather feels smooth, soft, plump and elastic when you touch the surface of the leather with your hands. The microfiber leather feels softer than real leather, and the surface is smooth and tight.
